Refreshing.

Today has been so refreshing.

People & faces brought such an overwhelming joy in my heart.
Conversations have been more meaningful.
A smile or hug means so much.
The sun & sky in unison have never shined brighter.
The cool breeze brought great relief.

I feel renewed; mentally & spiritually.

"Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."
